Coaching Bundle (3 x 1 hour)

I have found in my work with couples that our time feels better and is more productive when I have a session with each person individually and then we come together. This allows me to connect with each person and their story, putting me in a better position to facilitate conversations.

In times of disagreement, it can be hard to communicate without our partner becoming defensive. By meeting one-on-one first, each person can be heard and together, we can find connecting ways to communicate and work as partners to make sure that everyone’s needs are met.

I offer this bundle of three sessions at a discount, allowing you to book those first three appointments at once—one with each partner and one with the three of us together.

From there, we can decide what is needed going forward. Sometimes three sessions are enough to reground couples into what’s working, provide some helpful tools, and to begin approaching issues as a team focused on meeting everyone’s needs. Other times, it can be helpful to have additional sessions to work through any charged areas, practicing the skills and approaches shared.
